Whether you're rocking a red carpet or you're taking a stroll on the sidewalk, you always want to look your best and that includes your wardrobe. What you wear can have a huge impact on how high your confidence level is and if can also effect your mood. For example, if you wear a dress you feel cute and comfortable in, you are most likely going to be in a bright and positive mood but if you feel restricted and you think the dress accentuates your hips or another self conscious part about your body, you are going to feel embarrassed or shy.

Rule #1: Have it be comfortable
When you buy a piece of clothing you are going to want to wear and re-wear that item for as long as you can until it doesn't fit you any more or your style changes. Now keeping that in mind, you are going to want to keep whatever piece of clothing you buy to be of nice material because you are not going to want to wear it if it is scratchy or annoying. For me, leggings from PINK are my go-to for any outfit so I have a few of them on my shelf if I ever need one.

Rule #2: Make sure it is the right size for you
This is one of my top rules because I cannot tell you how many clothes I have bought but don't exactly fit and I have never worn. I have bought so many tops and pants that are small but I have said I will lose weight and then I will be able to fit into them but I never am able to. Also, if you have a preference if you like your clothes to be small, big, or just right that can influence your shopping too. Overall you should get a piece of clothing expecting to fit into it if you lose weight or growing into it because it might not happen and you would just be wasting your money.

Rule #3: Reasonable Price
Imagine if you see a piece of clothing that is both comfortable and a good size but it is WAYY over your budget. You are going to have to decide whether you want it bad enough. Some pieces are justifiable like jackets you can wear over anything or shoes you can wear with any outfit but if it is something you are going to wear one a week or once a month, you might want to think a little bit more about spending the money. This rule applies for everyone but it does differentiate on what kind of budget you have. If you have a tight one, this rule may be more strict on you than someone who can be more free with their money. If you are not sure about it, do not impulse buy it like most people and regret it later. Wait around a week and see if you still want the item of clothing bad enough you are willing to make another trip just to go get it and if you do, go buy it but if you don't, wait a little bit longer and see what happens.

Rule #4: Keep it your style, not someone elses
There are definitely times where a certain clothing item is popular but it may not be your style. I would suggest not buying it. Once the trend fades you are going to be stuck with the item you are never going to want to wear. I recommend that you do not purchase an item like this unless you truly think you want it. If you think you do, you should refer back to the system in the last rule about waiting a certain amount of days before you buy the item.

Rule #5: Add Accessories
No matter what type of outfit you have chosen you can almost always dress it up or down with accessories or shoes. If you want your outfit to appear dressier you will want to pair it with either larger earrings, a statement necklace, a bracelet, or rings. You could wear multiple of those items to really dress it up. Some good places for cheap but good jewelry is Forever 21 or H&M. If you want to spend a little more money or your jewelry Express or Charming Charlies are good choices.

The earrings above are $2.90 and the gorgeous ring set is $4.90

Zoella: One of the most influential and successful youtubers ever. She is also someone who has been a person I have looked up to for years. Zoella is the second name to the bright and bubbly person Zoe Sugg. She created her blog in 2009 and then later after that she created her youtube channel. She is now known for her youtube channel which gives you all of the details on what she is loving and using at the moment. Zoe is the first youtuber I ever started watching and then my subscription list grew form there. She has given me so many recommendations on products and advice on what not to buy.
Zoe is so successful she has brought out two novels and a range of beauty products and there is no doubt there is more to come. Zoe's first novel is named Girl Online and broke the record for the fastest selling novel, beating J.K. Rowling. She released the second book in October of 2015 but the sales did not reach that high.

Zoe's beauty range, Zoella Beauty, was a hit from the beginning and was sold out in most stores on the first day. Her beauty range launched on the 26th of September, 2014. Since the launch she has added new collections to her range and has discontinued some of the problematic products. She plans to launch many more collections in the future but her latest launch has been new additions to the original range. I have talked about two of her products in my latest post, "My Current Favorites!". Click here to view that post.
Zoe now has accumulated 10 million subscribers and counting on her youtube channel and I am sure all of her subscribers are very proud of her for reaching that many. I know I am. She makes beauty and lifestyle videos on her channel as well as challenges and collabs with other youtubers, one of them being her youtuber boyfriend, Alfie Deyes. She and Alfie also share an exhibit at Madame Tussauds in London where you can see their wax figures that were revealed in September of 2015.
I am sure not many people at 26 can say that they have been a best selling author of two novels, reached ten million subscribers on youtube, and released a beauty range at just the height of their career but I know Zoe can. Her fashion and beauty empire is now on the rise and will probably not stop soon. Zoe should be appreciated for all of her hard work and dedication to what she does and yet she does not always get it.
I will link Zoella's blog and youtube below and you should make sure to check her out because I'm sure you will love her.

Love, L.

As you may know the weather is getting warmer and the flowers are blossoming which means it is one of my favorite seasons, spring. I will usually say that every season is my favorite purely because I love them all but let's save that for a different post. Today, I am here to bring you my favorites for this adjusting weather!

I have not yet kicked the habit of being on my phone all day, staying inside holed up in my room from the winter months so naturally, I have multiple apps I have been loving recently. The first app I have been loving is Snapchat. I love interacting with my friends and especially sending ugly pictures of myself to them and receiving some back. I also love that I can interact closer with celebrities by knowing what they're doing at that exact time.
The next app is Instagram. I usually go on and off of this app because there is usually repeated content on my dashboard which gets crazy annoying but this is not one of those times.
The final app I have been loving is Tidal. For those of you who do not know what Tidal is, it is a music app that needs a subscription but lets you make playlists and download songs for offline listening. It is almost exactly like Spotify except you can also view and download music videos on the app. The subscription price is $9.99 which I believe is the same for Spotify if you excuse the discounts you are able to get.

Next, I have been loving yet another product that comes from a side effect of the winter months and that is moisturizer. From the cold and dry months, my hands have been ripped of all their moisture so I use the Zoella Beauty Creamy Madly Dreamy body lotion and the Zoella Beauty Wonder Hand hand cream to regain the moisture back into my hands. I will usually use the body lotion throughout the day since it is a lighter moisturizer and I will use the hand cream right before I go to bed to give it that extra moisture for when I wake up in the morning.

I have been loving two artists throughout the past couple of weeks and they are The Vamps and Troye Sivan. I have just recently (and when I say recently I mean six months ago) found out about The Vamps and their great, upbeat music. My favorite songs of theirs are Can We Dance and Wake Up. I absolutely love both of the music videos and I especially love Wake Up because it stars someone from my favorite family, Brooklyn Beckham.
I have been loving Troye Sivan's new album Blue Neighborhood which I just got recently on vinyl. I have watched Troye on youtube since before he came out with his EP TRXYE and I have not stopped loving him. He is set to perform at the 99.5 wzpl Birthday Bash along with other artists such as Iggy Azalea and Charlie Puth and I hope I get get my hands on tickets!

Last but not least, we cannot forget the best category, beauty and skincare. I have been adoring two skincare items and they are Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish and Origins Clear Improvement Active Charcoal Mask (man that is a mouthful!) The Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish helps me remove my makeup, especially waterproof mascara, and it keeps my face perfect looking also. The Origins mask help really well with black heads as well as just clearing the skin of any spots you might have.
My only makeup item for this time is Benefit's Roller Lash. I have heard so many people rave about this mascara and the hype has substantially gone down but I am still going strong with it. I have to admit that I did take a break from using the Roller Lash and swapped it for my trusty Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara but now that it is spring, I want a less dramatic look and this is the perfect mascara to do it with.

Well I know this has been a long post and I thank whoever reads this for reading until the end! Please tell me what your favorites are right now and leave a comment below for future blog posts you would like to see!
